Terms of service

These terms apply between [Operating company legal name] (“we”) and the organisation that creates a ComplyQatar account (“you”). The person who signs up confirms they may accept them for that organisation.

1. The service

ComplyQatar helps you track licences, permits and contracts, their renewal dates, payments and documents, and sends reminders. It is a record-keeping and reminder tool. It does not file anything with any government authority on your behalf, and it is not legal, regulatory or tax advice.

2. Your responsibilities

  • The information you enter (dates, reference numbers, documents) is yours, and you are responsible for keeping it accurate.
  • Renewing your licences and permits on time remains your responsibility. A missed or delayed reminder does not move a legal deadline.
  • You control who you invite and which role each person has, and you keep sign-in details and authenticator devices safe.
  • You only upload content you have the right to store, and nothing unlawful.

3. Plans and payment

The Free plan is free. Paid plans (Pro, Business) are billed monthly in advance in Qatari riyals through our payment provider [name to be confirmed]. Your data is kept, but features and limits above that plan stop being available.

4. Availability and changes

5. Your data
